In 2003, at the age of 22, Philip Keil was one of Germany’s youngest airline pilots.
His logbook is impressive: more than 9,000 flight hours, thousands of takeoffs and landings across four continents and in nearly every climate zone.
In 2009, a routine flight in Africa with 195 people on board turned into an emergency. Philip Keil brought the situation under control and landed the aircraft safely. Just a few days later, he was back in the cockpit.

Philip Keil has been appearing on stages across Europe as a keynote speaker since 2014.
Since 2017, he has been internationally recognized as a “TOP100 Excellent Keynote Speaker.”
In 2019 and 2020, Philip Keil was nominated for the Red Fox Award as Germany’s “Speaker of the Year.”
His talks have reached more than 100,000 people in 24 countries across Europe and Asia.

In 2022, his third audiobook, “Inner Compass,” followed, focusing on decision-making.
